How to reduce weight







In today’s times, how to reduce weight has become a nightmare! The weight depends upon the energy intake and how much it is used by our body. The body can accept slow changes in terms of exercise and food thus; ample of exercises or drastic cut in diet is not a healthiest way to lose weight. For example, those who haven’t exercised for years shouldn’t hurry into running or any kind of exercise as it is likely to set their fitness levels back. Likewise, one shouldn’t starve suddenly as there are certain nutrients and vitamins that your body needs and by restricting these, it can lead to many deficiencies. What one should do to lose weight the healthy way? The food is used for energy in our body and the excess energy is stored as a fat, thus, the more food you eat as compared to the requirement of your body for daily activities, it will lead to weight gain. In order to lose weight, the fat stored needs to be used up and the most efficient way to do this is:

•         Reduction in the amount of calories intake
•         Activity levels should be increased.

This is why the doctors talk about weight loss in terms of exercise and diet.
